January Orchid

One wintery Saturday morning I went to Matthaei Botanical Gardens in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  I took my digital camera and hoped to be transported to a warmer, greener world, I was.  The green house was filled with blooming orchids.  This was one of my favorites.  

This original has a white mat and black wood frame.
